Ever wondered where you stand in the dating game? Well, today I'm breaking down the three levels of dating. Dating averse, dating acceptant, and dating anxious. Let's dive in.

First up, we have dating averse. This is for those of you who are completely avoiding dating like it's a Monday morning meeting. Maybe you're focused on your career or perhaps you've been burned one too many times.

Whatever the reason, dating isn't on your radar at all. And hey, that's totally fine. But remember, life's a journey and sometimes it's nice to have a co-pilot.

Next, we've got dating acceptant. This is the I'm open to it, but I'm not going out of my way approach. You're like the guy who checks his dating apps once a week and thinks, hey, maybe I'll swipe right.

You're laid back and you're not stressing about it. This can be a great place to be, but just make sure you're not missing out on opportunities because you're too chill. Lastly, there's dating anxious.

This is where things get a bit intense. You're actively seeking dates, but maybe a bit too actively. You're texting back within seconds and planning date number three before date number one is even over.

Relax, my friend. Desperation can be a turnoff. Confidence is key.

So where do you fit in? Dating is a wild ride and there's no right or wrong way to approach it. And if you think this is easy to master, think again. I coach people on this and I still need to be reminded every now and then.
